1. Overview

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of The Body Blueprint website (thebodyblueprint.online) and the purchase of digital products sold by The Body Blueprint (Dr Surinder Sandhu) ("we", "us"). By accessing the site or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Products & Content

We sell digital educational products — ebooks (PDF) and audiobooks (MP3) — collectively "guides". All content is published for educational and informational purposes only and is protected by copyright. Purchasing a guide grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own private use.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you confirm it is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

4. Digital Delivery

Guides are delivered digitally and made available immediately after payment confirmation. Download links are provided on the order confirmation page and in your My Library account, accessible at any time. No physical products are shipped.

5. Digital Content, Cancellations & Refunds

Our publications are digital products made available through your My Library account following successful payment. At checkout, we ask you to expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that, where permitted by law, your 14-day right to cancel for a change of mind ends when delivery begins. This consent is separate from any optional marketing preferences. All applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. For purchase enquiries or assistance accessing your digital content, please contact hello@thebodyblueprint.online.

For orders placed while our former voluntary 30-day Blueprint Guarantee was advertised, we will honour the guarantee applicable when that order was placed. We are no longer offering that additional voluntary guarantee on new orders.

7. Intellectual Property

All content — including text, images, audio, design and branding — is the intellectual property of The Body Blueprint (Dr Surinder Sandhu). Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, resale or sharing of purchased content is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Body Blueprint (Dr Surinder Sandhu) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or purchased content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant purchase.

9. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
